Today tried the second sample Naka and went out into the medical garden which is in downtown and nowadays it is more and more neglected. Draped with thermos, teapot, cups, blanket and camera I stand on one of the last green pieces of grass.
Rozostrené oči, ktoré iba pred chvíľou vstali po usporiadali a rozostavili všetko príslušenstvo lebo čaj sa v lete dá piť iba ráno alebo neskoro v noci. Zohrievam svetlú DuanNi konvičku na mladé shengy a hneď tam vhodím silno zlisovaný 7g kúsok z koláča. V teplej konvičke mal sladkú šťavnatú priamu melasovú vôňu po vodnom melóne a lúčnych kvetinách. Nebola však tak hutná ako Bulang Shan.
My blurred eyes which woke up just moment before prepared and organized the tea-ware. During the summer time I can drink tea only at morning or at night. So, I warmed up light DuanNi sheng teapot and put there tough molded 7g piece of the cake. In the warm teapot it had sweet juicy direct molasses smell of water melon and flowers, but it was not so intensive as Bulang Shan.
It was because the tough molding and my disability of leave the strict times of infusions leaded to firstly light, water and empty taste but nicely sweet without any bitterness. The color was light but later it got darker.
Avšak jeden extrém sa dostal do druhého extrému, slabé vodové nálevy prešli do jemne až moc prelúhovaných, to ma však prebralo a musel som upustiť od tradičnej 15sec prípravy. No každopádne s prichádzajúcou horkosťou prišla aj krásna ovocná chuť, ktorá najviac vynikla v dlhotrvajúcou dochuťou, ktorú mala až melasovo-sladkú, keksíkovo maslovú a ovocno marhuľovú chuť. Pre mňa veľmi vyhovujúca kombinácia.
So, one extreme exchange another, the light empty went to the over leaching infusions and it woke my up and I had to left the 15sec preparation. With the coming bitterness came the fruitness which stand out in the aftertaste which had almost molasses sweetness, biscuit butterness and fruity apricot taste. This is what I like!
NaKa bola pre mňa doteraz neznámou oblasťou, z ktorej som ešte nič predtým nepil. Každopádne, škoda mojej trochu zlej prípravy mohol ten čaj omnoho viacej vyjsť. Najviac ma zaujala dochuť, ktorú ja osobne považujem za jednu z priorít pre dobrý sheng pu-erh.
The NaKa area was unknown for me from which I had not drank anything before. So, the preparation is my pity and without it could be much more better. What impressed me the most was the aftertaste which I personally consider as one of the most important priority about a good sheng pu-erh.
